摘要
目的:为合理开发和利用朱砂根(红凉伞)这味民族民间药材资源提供科学的鉴定依据。方法:显微鉴别、薄层色谱、紫外扫描以及显色反应。结果:描绘了红凉伞的根横切面和粉末的显微特征,并给出TLC图谱和紫外光谱扫描图,通过化学成分系统预试验证实红凉伞中含有糖类、醌类、黄酮类、三萜皂苷、挥发油、鞣质等成分。
It' s a study on microscopic identification and physiochemical identification on Radix of Ar-disia Crenata SimsVar. Bicolor (Walker) C. Y. Wu et C. Chen, it includes its microscopic view and composition. Glucide, flavones, naphtha are found in the crude drug. Then we find simple way to identify the crude drug. We also use UV and TLC to identify.
