Along with the continuous development of our economy, especially in pace with the acceleration of our market economy and financial opening-up, the design of the banking safety net has become a crucial factor impacting on our financial stability and social stability. Obviously, the effectiveness of the net should be under full consideration. In light of the specialty of our economy and finance, we must take into account our actuality when we make designs for the banking safety net. And we must persist in the 'step-by-step' principle while following general theoretical approaches.
