摘要
我国土地整理融资不仅融资渠道单一、结构失衡,而且融入资金规模少、效益低,这些从根本上阻碍了土地整理的进程。加强土地整理证券化进程,有利于拓展我国土地整理多元化的筹资渠道。
In our country, the problems of land consolidation financing are manifested not only in the narrow channel and the sick structure but also in the small volume of financing funds and the low benefits, which hinders the process of land consolidation basically. Therefore, the acceleration of land consolidation securitization will naturally widen the financing channel of land consolidation.
