随着改革开放,投资基金在我国产生并逐步发展,对稳定证券市场、促进资金的合理配置、促进产权制度改革及投资体制改革、提高政府调控能力、吸引海外投资等方面产生着越来越重要的作用。

With the step of our reform and opening-up, the investment fund came into being and has developed gradually. Now it is playing a more and more important role in such aspects as stabilizing the securities market, making full use of the funds, accelerating the reform of property right system and investment system, enhancing the government's ability in governing the economy, and attracting the overseas investment.
