摘要
目的:研究超急性/急性期脑出血多序列MRI信号强度的动态表现。方法:采用立体定向自体血脑内注入法建立犬脑出血模型10只,分别于脑出血后0.5h、3h、6h、24h、72h进行多序列T1WI、T2WI、T2*WI和DWI的动态MRI扫瞄。结果:0.5~72h血肿区T2*WI、DWI和ADC图表现为血肿中心极低信号,3~48h血肿边缘T2WI出现特异性的低信号薄环。72h血肿区T1WI、T2WI均为高信号,是常规MRI诊断脑出血的典型表现。结论:多序列动态MRI扫描对诊断超急性/急性期脑出血具有重要的应用价值。
Objective: To study the applied values of a set of MRI sequences in super/acute intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: ICH model were made by injecting self- blood into forehead. 10 dogs with ICH models underwent a set of MRI sequences that included T1WI、T2WI、T2 * WI and DWI in 0. 5h、3h、6h、24h and 72h. Results: In the centers of hematomas , T2 * WI、DWI and ADC images showed markly hypointense in 0.5 - 72h. T2WI revealed a characteristic thin hypointense rims sur-rouding the hematoma in 3 -48h. Both T1WI and T2WI were hyperintense in hematoma, which had characteristic features of intracerebral hemorrhage on convention MRI In 72h,. Conclusions: A set of MR imaging sequences had important applied values in diagnosis of super/acute intracerebral hemorrhage.
