产泰治疗人工流产后出血的研究

Study on Effectiveness of Chantai Treating Hemorrhage after Induced Abortion

目的:探讨人工流产后应用中药产泰,对减少阴道出血量、缩短阴道出血时间及促进月经恢复的临床疗效。方法:480例人工流产者随机分为观察组242例,在手术流产后、药物流产胚囊排出后1～12h服用产泰口服液及口服抗生素;对照组238例,仅在手术后口服抗生素。结果:观察组术后出血时间、出血量与对照组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05);术后一个月内月经恢复正常比例,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在人工流产后服用产泰,能明显缩短阴道出血的天数、减少阴道出血量、促进月经恢复。

Objective: To observe the clinic effectiveness of Chantai after induced abortion to reduce vaginal hemorrhagic a-mount, shorten hemorrhagic duration and recover the menstruation. Methods: Study group: 242 women had oral Chantai liquid and antibiotic 1 ~ 12 hours after medical or surgical abortion. Control group: 288 women had only oral antibiotic after medical or surgical abortion. Results: There was significant difference in hemorrhagic duration and hemorrhagic amount between the study group and the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The study group was significant quicker in recovering menstruation within one month after operation than the control group (P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Chantai is useful for reducing vaginal hemorrhagic a-mount and hemorrhagic duration, and recovering the menstruation .
