摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法建立了甲氧虫酰肼的定量分析方法,方法的标准偏差为0.11,变异系数为0.5%,线性相关系数为0.99994,平均回收率为99.7%。
Quantitative analysis of methoxyfenozide by HPLC with Nova-pak C18 at UV 230nm was introduced. The result shows that coefficients of variation, linear correlation and the average recovery were 0.5%, 99.7% and 0.99994 respectively.
