摘要
本文提出了测量压电陶瓷振子的等效电容或等效电阻确定低Q_M压电陶瓷材料的Q_M和K_1的方法。
This paper presented a method of determining low QM and K, of piezoelectric ceramic material by measuring parallel capacitance Cp or parallel resistance Rp of equivalent circuit of piezoelectric ceramic vibrator.
