改性剂浓度对柔性橡胶-NdFeB复合材料性能的影响

Effect of Modifier Concentration on Properties of Rubber-NdFeB Composite

研究表面改性剂溶液浓度对柔性橡胶-NdFeB复合材料磁性能和力学性能的影响,并用SEM对样品观察,探讨改性 剂浓度对复合材料性能影响的机理。试验结果表明,柔性橡胶-NdFeB复合材料的力学性能和磁性能在改性剂浓度为4％和10％ 时出现双峰,后者的性能低于前者,峰值呈递减趋势,但矫顽力变化不大。

The effect of concentration of the modifier solution in surface modification process of NdFeB powder on magnetic and mechanical properties of flexible rubber-NdFeB composite, and the mechanism are investigated by experiments and SEM analysis. It is indicated by the results that the double peaks of magnetic and mechanical properties appears at the modifier concentration of 4% and 10% , and the poster is lower than the former, however, the coercive force is not changed obviously.
