摘要
研究改性大洋富钴结壳对铅的吸附过程,测定改性大洋富钴结壳对Pb2+的吸附容量,考查介质pH、初始浓度、吸附时间等因素对吸附过程的影响。结果表明,在pH>2.0条件下,改性大洋富钴结壳对Pb2+的吸附率可达99%以上。室温下,含铅549.0mg/L的废水经3.750g/L改性大洋富钴结壳处理3h后,铅残余浓度为0.80mg/L。吸附过程符合Freundlich经验式。改性大洋富钴结壳对Pb2+的饱和吸附容量为340mg/g富钴结壳。
The adsorption process of lead in wastewater with modified oceanic cobalt-rich crust is investigated. The absorptive capacity of modified oceanic cobalt-rich crust for lead is determined, and the influences of medium pH, initial concentration of lead ion, retention time etc. on adsorption process are studied. The results show that the adsorption efficiency is above 99% while the initial pH >2.0 in the wastewater. The lead content in wastewater is decreased from 549.0mg/L to 0.80mg/L by disposal with 3.750g/L modified oceanic cobalt-rich crust for 3h at room temperature. The adsorption process is conformed to the law of Freundlich isothermal adsorption. The saturated adsorption capacity of the modified oceanic cobalt-rich crust for lead is 340mg/g. crust.
