摘要
采用双层辉光离子无氢渗碳方法进行钛合金表面处理。结果表明,合金表面形成了含TiC,C,TiAl和V的复合层, 提高钛合金的硬度及耐磨擦性,同时避免了氢脆。经过处理的钛合金表面硬度达HK1100,比基体硬度提高了近4倍。钛合金双 层辉光离子无氢渗碳方法是可行的。
The surface treatment for titanium alloys is conducted by the new carburizing method of double layer glow plasma carburizing without hydrogen. The results show that the composite consisted of TiC, C, TiAJ and V is formed in the carburized layer, so the hardness and wear resistance of the titanium alloys are improved, and the hydrogen brittleness phenomenon resulted from the immersing is avoid. The surface hardness reaches to HK1100, 4 times of the base alloy. It is proven that the double layer glow plasma carburizing without hydrogen is applicable to surface treatment of titanium alloys.
