摘要
研究用Lix54从氧化锌矿氨浸出液中选择性萃取锌。在(NH4)2SO4-NH4OH体系中,Lix54萃取锌的平衡分配比最 大,在25℃,pH=8,VO/VA=1:1的条件下,锌一级萃取率可达78%。二级反萃,锌浓度达90g/L以上,能够得到符合电积锌要 求的反萃液。
The selective solvent extraction process of zinc from leaching solution with ammonia is investigated. In the (NH4)2SO4-NH4OH system, the distribution radio of zinc extraction with Lix54 is the maximum. The extraction rate of zinc is up to 78 % in first stage under the condition of 25℃, pH = 8 and VO/VA = 1:1. The zinc concentration in strip solution with two stages is over 90g/L. The strip solution can meet the requirements of zinc electro-winning.
