摘要
用氧化亚铁硫杆菌对铜矿峪矿低品位铜矿石进行生物氧化浸矿试验,从而在酸浸基础上进一步提高铜浸出率。结 果表明,添加细菌浸矿时,铜浸出率可提高10%以上。对地下溶浸工艺而言,先用细菌将Fe2+化为Fe3+,再将溶液注入矿体,浸 出硫化矿中的铜是行之有效的方法。
In order to improve the leaching recovery of Tongkuangyu low-grade copper ores on the basis of acid leaching, the bio-leaching process of the ores with thiobacillus ferrooxidana is studied. The results show that the copper leaching recovery can increased by 10% or more by Using bacterium in leaching process. In addition, it is an effective measure for underground leaching process that ferrous ion in solution is oxidized to ferric ion with thiobacillus ferrooxidana before injecting into ore body to oxide the copper sulfide ores.
