摘要
介绍超临速磨机结构构造,研究超临速磨机的磨矿动力学。超临速磨机主要由磨机简体、支承机构、传动机构、给 (排)矿机构和导向机构等组成。超临速磨机的磨矿动力学方程通式为R(t)=100exp[-(a0+a1dx1)t(c0+c1lnd)]。随超临速磨机 转速增大,磨矿速度迅速增加。随磨矿时间延长,磨矿速度减小。
The structure of the ultracritical speed mill is introduced, and the grinding kinetics with the ultracritical speed mill, is investigated. The ultracritical speed mill consists of cylinder, supporter, transmission system, feeding-discharging system and guiding mechanism. The general equation for the: grinding kinetics with the ultracritical speed mill is presented as R(t) = 100exp[- (a0 + a1dx1)t(-c0+c1lnd)]. The grinding rate is increased rapidly with the rotating speed of the mill, and decreased with the prolonging of the milling time.
