套管针离心穿刺浅静脉留置在老年科患者中的应用

The Use of Detainning Casing Injetion Punctured Eccentric in Superficical Vein at Department of Aged Patients

目的 探索套管针离心方向穿刺浅静脉留置在老年科患者中应用的可行性。方法 选择76例患者 ,采用自身前后对照法 ,选择血管为左、右腕部头静脉 ,观察组采用离心穿刺留置法 ,对照组采用向心穿刺留置法 ,数据分析用SPSS软件包进行 1∶1配对资料分析。结果 比较两组一次穿刺成功数、静脉炎发生数、平均最大输液流速差异无统计学意义 ;两组置管时间比较 ,观察组优于对照组 ,即观察组置管时间较对照组长。结论 套管针离心方向穿刺浅静脉留置可达到套管针向心方向穿剌浅静脉留置的同样效果 ,且可以充分利用向心穿刺不宜选用的血管进行浅静脉留置。

Objective To study the feasibility on the use of detainning casing injection punctured eccentric in superficical vein at department of aged patients. Methods Selected 76 patients and made self contrast from beginning to end.Chose the left and the right V-cephalica on the wrist as the blood vessel. The observational team used to detain injection punctured eccentric,while the contrastive team used to detain injection punctured eccentric.Analyzed the data on 1∶1 pair-matehing material with SPSS software package.Results It showed that the number of the success at first puncture,the number of vein inflammation,and the difference of average of the fastest speed in giving infusion were in no statistical sense after compared with two teams.The observational team showed better than the contrastive team by detainning casing injection in the blood vessel more longer.Conclusions Detainning casing injection punctured eccentric in the superficical vein acted effective as that of punctured eccentric.It could detain in the superficical vessel but punctured eccentric couldn’t fit.
