静脉输液配制过程污染情况分析及对策

摘要 目的 探讨在静脉输液治疗过程中出现液体污染的原因及预防对策。方法 结合本科实际和复习相关文献资料 ,统计两个月输液总瓶数 ,分别用 9号和 12号针头抽药配液 ,进行综合分析。结果 微粒异物污染的途径是多方面的。污染物有尘埃、微生物 ,有肉眼可见的胶塞及瓶颈玻璃碎屑、纤维等。针头型号越大 ,微粒异物越多。临床表现以发热反应和过敏反应为主。结论 严格无菌操作、加强配液室空气消毒、加快配液速度 ,简化配液程序和调整配液方法是减低输液污染的有效措施。 Objective To study the causes and preventive countermeasure for fluid pollution revealed in vein transfusion process. Methods Combined our practices and correlative literatures. It was synthetically analyzed to stat total transfusion bottle numbers with size 9 and size 12 need confecting medication within two months. Results The approaches of pollution were the many fields through micro- foreign bodies, including dust, microorganism, fragments of bottle-top, bottle-neck, other fibers and so on. The needle size larger and micro-foreign bodies more. The reaction of fever and hypersusceptibility were main clinical pictures. Conclusions It were effective measures for transfusion pollution to strict sterile manipulation and air antisepsis in confecting-room, to be more rapid confecting speeding, predigest preparing programs and adjust confecting ways.
