冒现的文学——当代美国华裔文学述论

On Contemporary Chinese Americnan Literature——An Emerging Literature

当代美国华裔文学应该从 2 0世纪 70年代算起 ,而发展到 1990年代 ,则出现了一个转折点 ,也标志着华裔文学的创作进入了一个全新的时代。“冒现的文学”这一概念是针对新兴的文学而提出的。在冒现的文学中 ,总是充满了令人惊奇的内容 ,而且还在不断向霸权挑战。惟有当代华裔文学才真正触及到了沉淀在华裔中的矛盾和冲突。本文依据“冒现的文学”的概念 ,对当代美国华裔文学进行简单的梳理的总结 ,探讨当代美国华裔文学兴盛的原委 ,认为当代美国华裔文学在经历了发展后 ,正在进一步走向成熟。

This paper argues that contemporary Chinese American literature is supposed to start from 1970s, and takes a turning point in the 1990s. The paper intends to make a brief study of Chinese American literature with te new concept of“emerging literature.”Then it explores the reason why Chinese American literature has flourished since 1970s and concludes that Chinese American literature has already been in period of maturity.
