摘要
铁电180°畴超格子在超声波的作用下将被诱导出铁电畴层波,在这个波的作用下,存在许多新现象,其特征归纳为一个元激发“畴子”。本文研究了在180°畴超格子中导带和价带中的载流子与畴子的相互作用,这样一种相互作用将在导带和价带形成子能带,同时改变电子或空穴分布,从而影响铁电体的电导率。
Ferroelectric domain layer wave (FDLW) will be induced by the ultrasonic wave in ferroelectric 180domain superlatticc by the action of FDLW, there exist many new phenomena.Its characteristics sum up a elementary excitation'Dom-ainon'.It has been studied that the domainons subband can be form,cd by the interaction between domainnnis and electrons at the conductive band or voids at the valence band of ferroelectric 180 domain supurlattice.The effect of domainonn would change the distribution of e.lectronr, or voidn and affect the conductivity of ferroe 1-ectrics.
