摘要
声电荷输运是模拟信号处理领域的重要发展方向,有十分重要的应用价值。当前这方面的研究正在迅速发展之中。本文在介绍其原理及ACT、HACT两种结构的同时,对照比较两种结构的优缺点,集中评述声电荷输运效率、声电荷输运器件的效率、二阶效应、无损传感电极的影响以及可程控器件和光注入功能的重要前景等,讨论了在这些方面目前尚有待研究解决的问题。
The acoustic charge transport (ACT) technology has great applied value, and is the main developing trend in analogue signal processing field.At present, many investigations are being in rapiddevclopment. This paper presented its principle and both ACT and HACT structures.In the mean while, the advantages and defects of two structures were collated and compared. The paper focused on reviewing the ACT efficient, efficient of ACT device, second order effect, influence of nonloss sensing electrode and programmable ACT device and optical injuction function et al.The paper also discussed the problems to be .solved in future.
