The Break Analysis for Heat Transfer Tubes in a Standard Vaporiser

本文对一起标准式蒸发器换热管早期破裂事故进行了分析,指出破裂的内在原因是应力腐蚀,而直接原因是使用中蒸发器的起动时间过短,以致换热管束出现过大的温差应力以及制造上的管子过胀。本文提出了防止类似事故的几条措施。

In this paper, proceeded analysis to a break failure of heat transfer tubes in a standard vaporiser which happened in a short time, pointed out that the latent reason of break is stress corrosion. and the direct reason of break is that the first operating time of the vaporiser is too short so that the temperature difference stress in tubes is too large, and the expanding size of the tubes is too big.Finally. the author provided several methods to prevent similar failures.
