摘要
某大型发电厂除氧水箱采用10mm厚的A3钢制作,工作温度(水介质)<150℃,设计压力0.49MPa。水箱投入运行近二十年,考虑到材料可能出现退化现象,利用厂方在水箱上加设φ219接管时割取下来的一块旧材,通过试验进行退化行为的观测。试验结果表明其常规力学性能(σ_a、σ_b等)与新材料相比几乎没有变化。
In this paper test results about critical value of crack tip openning displacement δ_i and fatigue propagation rate of crack dα/dN for new steel A3 and old steel A3 gotten from a water pressure vessel of power plant are introduced. A preliminary analysis of degeneration behaviour of steel A3 is provided.
