摘要 本文将管板作为内部为钻孔板、外部为未钻孔实心圆环的组合平板,采用Singh和Solar建议的应力分析方法,对列管换热器固定管板进行了全面应力分析。运用在弹性基础上具有有效弹性系数的当量实心平板概念,考虑未钻孔圆环的影响、管束支承效应、管子与壳体之间不同的热膨胀、管子与壳体/管箱之间的相互作用,计算了管板钻孔区域不同位置处的横向位移与内力,采用Peterson建议的应力增大系数计算了管板开孔处的峰值应力值。 This paper analyses the state of deformation and inner forces for fixed tubesheets of a heat exchanger, using the concept of composite plate consisting of inner perforated region and outer unperforated solid annular rim and the calculating method proposed by Singh and Solar. Transverse displacement and inner forces in perforated region as a function of radius are calculated according to an equivalent solid plate on elastic foundation with equivalent effective elastic constants and by considering the reaction from the tube bundle, effects of differential thermal expansion between tubes and shell, interaction of tubesheet with shell/channel. The local stress multipliers due to Peterson are employed to evaluate the peak stresses at the edge of holes.
