Trial-produce of Ammonia Cooler——Heat Exchanging Equipment with Middle Tubesheet

具有中间管板的换热设备——氨冷器1115—C（结构见图1,技术条件及主要零部件选材见表1及表2）是我厂取得ASME授予的U及U2压力容器设计和制造许可证后,首次按照ASME规范、TEMA标准及美国KELLOGG公司工程标准进行设计、制造及检验的设备。在两年半的运行期间,四台设备的处理能力完全达到预期设计值,无一发生失效事故。

Ammonia cooler 1115—C——heat exchanging equipment with tubesheet is one of the key energy saving equipment in China four biggest chemical fertilizers (Liaoning Liaohe Fertilizers, Hebei Cangzhou Fertilizers, Sichuan Liuzhou Natural Gas Chemical Plant and Yuennan Natural Gas Chemical Plant). and a kind of new product in Dalian, 1988. There were a degree of difficulties in design and manufacture:the system of inquiring and quooted price in business affairs, the technical consult in engineering, and so on. During the whole manufacture, the equipment also received the condition of China P. V. Safety and Technology Check Rules besides ASME Code, TEMA Standard and KELLOGG Engineering Standard. After the operation for two and a half years, no one happened any failure. This article is devoted fo the structural introduction for ammonia cooler, the choosen materials, the making process for tubesheets and main parts, the technology of deep rubber expansion and the experience introduction for the whole assembly.
