摘要
本文对12SiMoVNb高压异径管断口经宏观分析、理化检查、金相分析、扫描电镜和能谱微区分析后表明:该异径管由于材料晶粒粗大,承受三向应力和应力集中发生解理断裂。改善热处理工艺能避免这种脆性断裂。
In this paper, after the macroscopic, physical and chemical cheeks, Optical Microscopy (OM) and Scanning Electronic Microscopy (SEM)—Energy Dispersion Analyzer of X-Ray (EDAX) are used to analysis the fracture of the 12SiMoVNb high pressure different diameters pipe, it is clear that the coarsegrain, three-dimensional stress and stress concentration of the metal maked the pipe take place cleavage fracture. It can be overcome with ameliorating the heat treatment method.
