Consumption Growth and Economic Policy:an Economic Theories Analysis

我国经济增长尽管仍然保持较高速度,但人均消费增长却不快,并且它最终制约了经济增长水平。本文基于一般均衡模型推导了消费函数,从理论上分析了制约我国居民人均消费增长的一些因素,并分析了影响消费增长率的多种政策效果及其现实意义。提高消费增长的关键在于改善收入分配差距,提高资本利润率和建立健全社会保障以改善人们对未来的预期。实现这些目标应调整以往的财政货币政策,政策目标应着眼于低收入群体的消费增长。

The economy growth of our country keeps higher speed, but per capita consumption growth is not speed, and it restricts economy growth level at last. This thesis analysis some factors theoretically which restricts per capita consumption growth of our country, and analysis the result of several policies influencing consumption growth policies and their realistic meaning. The conclusion is that the key to increase consumption growth is improving the differential of income distribution, and increasing capital profit margin and establishing social security to improve the expect people to future. Former public finance and currency policy should be adjusted to realize these, policy target should fix attention on the consumption growth of low income group.
