Resource Lockage and Countermeasures thereof in West China's Resource Cities

资源型城市因资源而生,在产业结构的选择上形成了所谓的“产业锁定”,如何超越其“制度的可能性边界”,突破资源型城市经济发展面临的困难,成为经济发展中必须解决的问题。本文就西部资源型城市的前景提出发展接续产业、实现反锁定安排的对策选择。

Resource cities are those that came into being solely because of the natural resources affluent in the locations, and thus they are locked or bounded up by their resources. The paper attempts to propose measures to counter act against this lockage so that they may transcend their institutional border and overcome the difficulties they face in expanding economic growth.
