NDT for In-Service Hydrogenation Chamber Reactor With Cool Crust

1 引言三年前,某厂在大修时发现两台冷壁加氢反应器内壁有多处表面裂纹,其中最深一条裂纹的深度为13mm。此外,焊缝中还有未熔合。按产品制造标准已不能使用(有的缺陷长度也超过了检验规程要求)。而重新订购一台要3年后才能交货,工厂拖延一天开工,就是几十万元的损失。为此,委托我单位进行检验和安全评定。

Several surface cracks were inspected in the inside wall of two hydrogenation chamber reactors. The greatest one is 13mm in deepth, othermore, there were also some lack of fusions in the weld. γ-ray, UT, MT and PT were used to inspect the reactors, and some special techniques were adopted for ultrasonic test to detect efficiently.
