摘要
介绍采用先进厚膜混合集成工艺制造的高可靠DC/DC电源变换器,包括厚膜导体复合结构、高可靠粘结工艺、等离子体清洗工艺、深腔键合工艺、Cu丝漆包线点焊工艺和平行缝焊结构等许多新工艺、新材料和新技术,此类电源变换器的电性能优良,可靠性高,气密性指标(漏气率)可达5×10-4kPa·cm3/s,丝焊的键合强度和剪切强度均满足GJB548A的要求,完全适用于航天、弹、箭、星、船和舰等各类型号的电源变换。
The high reliable DC/DC converter manufabricated using advanced thick-film hybrid integrated technology, involving composite thick-film conduct, high-reliable adhesion, plasma cleaning, deep-cavity bonding, Cu wire spot welding and parallel welding is introduced. The converter has excellent properties, high reliability, better encapsulation(5×10-4kPa·cm3/s), wire bonding strength and shearing strength meet requirement of GJB548 A, and is totally suitable to various convert for space, missile, rocket, satellite, craft.
