摘要
综述导电高分子材料聚苯胺、聚吡咯在固体电解电容器中的应用情况,着重介绍聚苯胺、聚吡咯的合成方法,对这几种方法的优缺点进行比较,简要介绍电容器固体电解质的制造工艺。
The application of conducting polymers in solid electrolytic capacitors such as polyaniline , polypyrrole is reviewed. The synthesis methods of ployaniline and polypyrrole are introduced particularly, the advantages and disadvantages of these kinds of methods are compared and the producing technics of solid electrolyte materials used in capacitors are introduced.
