1 胀管率公式分析我国锅炉规程和专业标准给出的胀管率公式均是用控制胀后管子内径的办法来保证胀管率,其公式为:(1)式中 d_1——胀完后的管子内径d_2——未胀时的管子内径d_3——未胀时的管孔直径δ——未胀时管孔直径与管子外径之差按公式(1)计算胀管率。

This paper intruduces a new calculating method of expanding rate and its advantages.It also expounds the test research and applying situation in backward expanding technology.
