摘要
平面外变形是薄壁结构焊接时最常遇到并难以克服的问题。一般认为,在薄板结构中,残余压应力起着重要的作用,它导致了压缩失稳变形,即面外变形。但对于球形结构,拉伸残余应力也同样会导致平面外变形。这些平面外变形严重影响了焊接产品的质量,而焊后矫正这种变形不仅需要大型专用设备,而且耗费能源及人力。近年来发展了一种叫作低应力无变形(LSND)的焊接工艺。
Out-of-plane distortion is inevitable in thin-walled spherical structures. This one of the main problems which affect the quality of welding products. In recent years a method called low stress non-distortion (LSND) welding has been developed based on an experimental approach. In this paper a finite element moderl about LSND welding is developed. The using of LSND welding technique in welding distortion control for thin-walled spherical structure has been explored.
