摘要 1 前言由于高压容器向大型化发展,用大型锻件制造容器,但因其锻造、热处理、机加工和现场安装均存在问题,故已远不能适应大型化的要求。容器越大,其矛盾越突出,因而制造壳体结构是高压容器发展的必然趋势。双合环高压容器系自紧密封壳体结构,顶盖与底封头均为球壳,而筒体顶部为板制柱壳。整体结构不用大型锻件,从而省工节料,降低设备重量,便于装拆与维修。 In this paper dual semi-ring (DSR) high pressure vessel of shell structure is introduced. Its design is based on the strength calculation formula induced from shell theory, and the procedure is results by an example. By comparing the results with other kind of vessel structure with the same parameters, it can be seen that the following advantages of DSR high pressure vessel are evident. reliable seal performance; adaptable to the wave of pressure and temperature; simple head structure of vessel; smaller size; lighter part weight; without use of large forged parts; easy manufacturing; compact and simple structure; and convenient for dismounting and maintenance. This structure can be used in the design of extra high pressure vessel also.
