二十世纪初期,《诗经》研究者从文学视角审视传统《诗经》学,得出的基本结论是传统《诗经》学里没有文学性研究。当前学者从经学与文学关系视角解构传统《诗经》学,得出的结论是传统《诗经》学有文学研究,但对传统《诗经》学文学研究的起点却众说纷纭。对传统《诗经》学文学研究认识的分歧,究其根由,在于缺乏一个统一的《诗经》“文学研究”判断标准。

In the early part of the 20th century, scholars studied The Book of Songs from the literary viewpoint and drew a conclusion that traditional study of The Book of Songs have no literary scholarship. Nowadays scholars study The Book of Songs by the interrelation between Confucian classics and literature, and draw a conclusion that traditional study of The Book of Songs have literary scholarship. Scholars have different opinion on the beginning of literary scholarship of The Book of Songs because of they have no same standard of literary scholarship.
