关于警力配置和运用的思考

The Thinking about Outfiting and Handling Police Force

根据一些现状分析,我国公安基层实战部门存在警力不足、经费短缺、装备落后、人员整体素质不高、非警务活动过多等困难和问题。在现有条件下,解决这些困难和问题的最现实有效的办法是,从质量上提高现有人员的综合素质,开发现有警力资源,合理配置、运用警力。

According to some analysis of existing circumstance, In grass roots of public security office of our country, there exist some difficulties and problems such as police force insufficiency , outlay shortage , under-developed equipingjow whole diathesis of personnel, superabundant activities of non-police forceln existence conditions, the most realism ,virtual measure to solve these difficulties and problems is:Improving the syntheses diathesis of personnel in existence, developing the resource of police force available, deploying and handling police force in reason.
