川芎挥发油解热作用及其对家兔下丘脑5-HT、DA含量的影响 被引量:24

摘要 目的 :探讨川芎挥发油 (CH)解热作用及其机理。方法 :用家兔内毒素发热模型 ,腹腔注射CH ,观察家兔直肠温度变化 ,以荧光分光光度法测家兔下丘脑 5 羟色胺 ( 5 HT)、多巴胺 (DA)含量。结果 :川芎挥发油有明显的解热作用 ,在发挥解热作用的同时家兔下丘脑组织中 5 HT、DA含量增高。结论 :CH具有解热作用 ,其机理之一可能是CH引起家兔下丘脑组织中 5 HT、DA含量增高 ,通过DA 5 HT链环的作用 ,最终使体温调定点趋于正常。 Objective: To investigate the antipyretic effect of the essential oil of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. (CH) on ferile rabbits induced by endotoxin and its mechanism. Methods: The effects of the essential oil of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. on changes of body temperature and hypothalamic content of monoamine nerval transmitter were measured in the rabbits following intravenous injection of bacterial endotoxin (ET). Results: (1) CH (0.8%?0.4%?0.2%, 1ml/kg ip) reduced the febrile responses of rabbits. (2) CH (0.8%, 1ml/kg) increased the content of 5-hydroxy trptamine and dopamine, but it decreased the content of 5-hydroxy indole acetic acid in hypothalamus in ferile rabbits induced by endotoxine. (3) CH (0.8%, 1ml/kg) increased the content of dopamine in the hypothalamus in ferile rabbits induced by endotoxin. Conclusion: CH has an antipyretic effect on ET fever in the rabbits and monoamine nerval transmitter may play a partial role in the CH antipyretic action.
