摘要
目的 :研究复方沙棘 1号颗粒对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及机理。方法 :线栓法制作局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型 ,检测脑梗塞体积比、血清MDA含量、血清SOD和GSH Px活性 ,并观察行为学改变。结果 :大鼠脑缺血再灌注后血清MDA含量和脑梗塞体积比显著增加 ,SOD和GSH Px活力明显下降。复方沙棘 1号可有效地防止上述改变。结论 :复方沙棘 1号颗粒对脑缺血再灌注损伤有显著保护作用 ,这种保护作用可能与提高脑组织抗脂质氧化能力有关。
Objective: To study the protection and mechanism of compound Hippophae rhamnoides L. granule 1 (CHRG1) on focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats. Methods: Focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model was made with suture-occluded method. The volume of cerebral infarction, the level of MDA in serum, the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in serum were measured. The behavior obstacles of rats were observed. Results: After cerebral ischemia-reperfusion, the content of MDA in serum and the volume of cerebral infarction increased significantly; the activities of SOD and GSH-Px decreased significantly, CHRG1 could effectively prevent these changes. Conclusion: CHRG1 has the obvious protection agains tischemia-reperfusion injury. The effect may be related to raising anti-peroxidation of the brain tissue.
