预精轧机轴承失效分析及结构改进设计

Invalidation Analysis and Structural Improvement Design on Transmission Device of a Pre-finishing Rolling Mill

摘要 通过对某预精轧机传动装置中输入轴上的严重轴承失效以及由此对输入轴上螺旋锥齿轮副的啮合产生的不良影响等故障进行研究 ,分析了轴承失效的主要原因 ,据此提出了几种相应的结构改进设计方案 ,并对各改进方案的轴承进行寿命校核及优缺点比较 ,找到了最佳的结构改进方案。 In the transmission device of a certain pre-finishing rolling mill, the severe invalidation of bearing and the corresponding ill influence on the tooth of helical bevel gears fixed on the input axis are investigated, and the main cause of bearing invalidation is analyzed. Several structural improvement measures are put forward according to the key reason. Comparing the life span, advantage and disadvantage of each measure,found the optional solution.
