摘要 目的 探讨生物陶瓷人工听骨的临床应用价值。方法 用羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷人工听骨作有完整外耳道壁的鼓室成形术 30耳 (2 6例 ) ,其中 2 5例得到随访和评估 ;平均随访时间 2 .5年 (最长为 6年 )。结果 语言频率气 -骨导间距 0~ 10dB 6耳 ,11~ 2 0dB 10耳 ,2 1~ 30dB 2耳 ,听力无变化 3耳 ,气骨导间距大于术前 2耳 ,人工听骨排出 2耳。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of hydroxyapatite bioceramic ossicular prosthesis in tympanoplasty. Methods Tympanoplasty in intact canal was performed in 30 ears (26 patients) with hydroxyapatite ossicular prosthesis and 25 patients of them were followed up with an average period of 2.5 years (from 1 to 6 years). Results Of the 25 cases followed up, the air-bone gap of speech frequency were measured with 0~10 dB in 6 ears, 11~20 dB in 10 ears, 21~30 dB in 2 ears. The results were as follows: no change in 3 ears, deterioration in 2 ears, ejection of hydroxyapatite ossicular prosthesis in 2 ears. Conclusion The primary results show that the hydroxyapatite ossicular prosthesis has a good effect in clinical practice.
