摘要
文章界定了图书馆馆员职业道德的内涵,构建了图书馆员应遵从的道德规范体系。在此基础上运用多层次模糊综合评级法来评价馆员的职业道德。
The paper defines the professional ethics of the librarians, and brings forth ethics system to which librarians should conform. The approach to synthetic evaluation on occupationl ethics of librarian is elaborated by using multi-stages fuzzy evaluation.
