摘要 用5—磺基水杨酸增敏鲁米诺—溶解氧—Fe2+—铜锌还原柱体系化学发光强度,同时测定两种价态的铁,使Fe2+和Fe3+的测定灵敏度均提高了10倍. Fe2+ 和Fe3+的线性范围均为110-5~110-10mol/L,检出限分别为2.810-11mol/和3.510-11 ,RSD分别为3.5%和3.9% . 此法用于水样中两种价态的铁的测定,结果令人满意. The intensity of Chemiluminescence of the luminol-dissolved oxygen-EDTA-Fe(Ⅱ)-Zn-Cu reductor minicolumn system was significantly enhanced by addition of 5-Sulfosalitylic acid to sample, and a 10-fold enhancement of the sensitivity for Simultaneous Determination of Ferrous and Ferric Ions was obtained.The detection limit of ferric is 3.5×10-11mol/L and the linear range of it is 1×10-10~1×10-5mol/L;The detection limit of ferrous is 2.8×10-11mol/L,and the linear range of it is 1×10-10~1×10-5mol/L.The relative standard derivation obtained from 9 standard solutions containing 1×10-8mol/L Ferric and ferrous are 3.5% and 3.9% respectively.The method has been applied successfully to the determination of Ferrous and Ferric Ions in water.
