Some Ideas On the Research Of The Democratic Centralization

民主集中制是马克思主义党建理论的一个重要内容,是无产阶级政党的根本组织原则和组织制度。民主集中制原则的提出,是革命导师在长期的建党实践中逐步完成的。中国共产党三代领导集体结合不同历史时期的形势和任务,坚持和健全民主集中制的原理原则,为马克思主义中国化的理论成果增添了崭新的内容。在新的历史条件下,加强党的制度建设是完善和发展民主集中制的重要任务。

The Democratic Centralization is one of the important parts of Marxist theory of the Party's construction. It is the basic organizational principle and system of the proletariate Party. The creation of the principle of the Democratic Centralization is a gradual process of the accomplishment in the Party's constructional practice by the revolutionary leaders. According to the different situations and tasks during the different historical periods, the three generations of the collectivity of Chinese Communist Party's leaders persist in and perfect the principle and the theory of the Democratic Centralization, increase the new contents for Marxist theory with the Chinese special features. With the new historical conditions, the important tasks for development and perfectness of the Democratic Centralization is to intensify the Party's systematic construction.
