The influence of α-Linolenic acid on the renal prostaglandin E_2 in calcium oxalate urolithiasis rats

摘要 目的 :探讨前列腺素E2 在尿结石形成中的作用以及α 亚麻酸对前列腺素E2 的抑制作用。方法 :将6 0只雄性Wistar成年大鼠随机分成空白对照组、成石组、苏子油组、葵花籽油组。所有大鼠适应性喂养 1周后 ,空白对照组随后 7周均饮用自来水。成石组前 4周饮用自来水 ,后 3周饮用诱石剂水 ,每日自来水 2 g/只灌胃 1次。苏子油组 7周内每日以苏子油 2 g/只灌胃 1次 ,饮水同成石组。葵花油组 7周内每日以葵花油 2g/只灌胃 1次 ,饮水同B组。 8周后检测大鼠 2 4h尿总钙、尿总镁、尿草酸、肌酐和各组大鼠尿前列腺素E2 水平。结果 :空白对照组和苏子油组尿总钙明显低于成石组 ,尿总镁、尿草酸对照组明显低于成石组 ,苏子油组、葵花籽油组、成石组之间则差异无显著性意义。尿肌酐对照组、苏子油组、葵花油组显著低于成石组。 2 4h尿前腺素E2 水平苏子油组、对照组显著低于成石组。葵花籽油组与成石组比较差异无显著性意义。成石组、苏子油组、葵花籽油组前列腺素E2 水平与尿总钙含量成正相关性。结论 :前列腺素E2 可能参与并促进了尿结石的形成 ,α 亚麻酸可能通过抑制肾前列腺素E2 Purpose:To investigate the role of renal prostaglandin E 2 in urinary stone formation and the inhibitory effect of α Linolenic acid on renal prostaglandin E 2.Methods:The 60 male adult wistar rats were divided into four groups, all rats were adapted a week later,A group rats were administered with water later 7 weeks, B groups were administered with 1% of ethylene glycol(EG) plus 1% of muriate, meanwhil, tube feeding with water (2 g·d -1 ) in later 7 weeks. C groups drinking 1% of ethylene glycol(EG) plus 1% of muriate, meanwhil, tube feeding with perilla frutescens (L·) Britt· oil (2 g·d -1 ) in later 7 weeks, D groups drinking drinking 1% of ethylene glycol(EG) plus 1% of muriate, meanwhil, tube feeding with sunflower seeds oil (2 g·d -1 ) in later 7 weeks, 8 weeks later, the uriary calcium, the urinary magnesium, the urinary oxalate, urinary creatinine and urinary prostaglandin E 2 were detected.Results:A group and C group rats, the urinary calcium were significantly lower compared with B group rats, the urinary magnesium and urinary oxalate, A group rats were significantly lower than B group. C group and D group rats urinary creatinine were significantly lower than B group. 24 h urinary PGE 2, C group and A group rats were significantly lower than B group, there weren't significantly difference between B group rats and D group. Among B group, C group and D group rats, there were significantly correlation between PGE 2 and urinary calcium.Conclusions:This study suggests that the renal prostaglandin E 2 may participate in calcium stone formation, α Linolenic acid may prevent calcium oxalate urolithiasis formation by the inhibitory role on the renal prostaglandin E 2.
