浅析万州滚装运输发展中存在的问题及对策

Problems Existing in the Development of WanZhou Roll-on-roll-off Shipping and CounterMeasures Related

滚装运输是长江三峡库区近几年来发展起来的一种新型水上运输方式,从它发展开始就显示出了强大的生命力,对万州乃至三峡地区的经济和社会发展具有重要的作用。但是,由于多种原因,在它的发展过程中还存在一系列的问题。必须从加快滚装运输的基础设施建设、整顿规范滚装运输市场秩序、加大运力的宏观调控力度、建立滚装运输网络和开放长江客滚市场等方面入手加以解决,以促进滚装运输的健康发展,为万州乃至三峡地区的经济和社会发展作出更大的贡献。

Roll-on-roll-off shipping, a new type of river transportation, having been developing vitally in the Three Gorges reservoir area in recent years, is important for the social and economic development of Wanzhou and even Three Gorges area. Due to various elements, however, there exist a series of problems in the course of its development; therefore to solve the problems and bring about a great advance in roll-on-roll-off shipping, we have to start with speeding up constructing basic facilities of roll-on-roll-off shipping, reestablishing rules and regulations for shipping markets, controlling shipping on a macro-scale, setting up net, and opening up shipping markets on the Changjiang River, thus making roll-on-roll-off shipping contributing to the social and economic development of Wanzhou and the Three Gorges area.
