当前,重庆经济发展走的是一条大城市带动大农村战略发展之路。但城市带动农村,用什么城市来带动,怎样来带动,是当前重庆经济发展尤其是大城市带动大农村经济发展战略下的农村经济发展的两大关节点。而以三峡库区为代表的重庆农村经济发展缺乏相应的中心城市来发展带动,因此必须制订新的、与重庆农村生产力相适应的经济发展带动战略,并做出相应的发展对策。
