在市场经济条件下,中小企业获取资金的方式可分为内源融资和外源融资。长期以来,融资难问题一直困扰着中小企业并成为制约其发展的瓶颈。解决中小企业的融资难问题,需要加强中小企业内部改造,加强法律法规体系和社会信用体系建设,加大金融机构支持力度,拓宽融资渠道等。

Under the market economy, the finance of the small and medium enterprises is mainly the internal source capital and outside loans. During a long term, the small and medium enterprises have being racked by the problems of loaning which are the great barriers in development. Therefore the inner reformations of the enterprises should be taken, the laws systems and social credit systems should be constructed and regulated, and the channels of loaning should be widened as well.
