唐代科举人才区域分布概况及原因

RESEARCH FOR THE REGIONAL DISTRIBUTION OF TALENTS WHO PASSED THE IMPERIAL EXAMINATIONS IN THE TANG DYNASTY

人才的成长需要一定的环境,研究历史上的环境对于当时人才成长的影响,对于今天有着积极的借鉴意义。本文以入新旧《唐书》列传且科举及第者为样本,研究唐代科举及第者(人才)的区域分布情况。研究发现,唐代科举人才在区域分布上存在着较为严重的不均衡的现象,政治、经济对这种不均衡起了相当重要的作用。

Talents can not grow up without certain circumstances.It is significant for us to research for the influence of the circumstances in history upon the talents.The dissertation takes the biographies and those recorded in New and Old Tangshu who passed the Imperial Examinations as the main object of the research,and studies the regional distribution of the latents who passed the Imperial Examinations. Throngh the research,we have found that the regional distribution of talents in the Tang Dynasty who passed the Imperial Examinations was much more unbalanced. Political and economical factors had a great influence upon the unbalance.
