过去几十年西欧的家庭法发生了巨大的变化,这些变化是多层面因素共同作用的结果,在不同的发展态势下却呈现出同一的发展方向。本文试图对西欧家庭法在19-20世纪的发展脉络作粗浅的阐释分析,以期抽象出现代家庭立法的总体趋势。

In the past decades, the family law in the Western Europe has undergone dramatic changes. These changes resulted from many elements, emerging the same characters in the different forms. The paper has tried to take a look at the development footprint of Western family law from the 19c to 20c, longing for abstracting the general direction of the development of the modern family law.
