民族高校的少数民族贫困生欠费问题调查与思考

On the Tuition Arrearage of Impoverished Students in Colleges for Nationalities

本文就高校少数民族学生欠费问题的调查入手,具体阐述了民族高校的少数民族学生欠费的原因,就如何缓解高校收费与少数民族贫困生这一矛盾,谈了两个层面的观点,即:1 民族高校要拓宽经费来源渠道,减轻教育经费紧缺压力,以腾出经费解决贫困生问题;2 民族高校要为贫困生做好奖、贷、减、免、补、扶及勤工助学工作。最后就高校建立"助学工程"谈了"五个到位"。

The paper dwells on the reasons for the impoverished students' tuition arrearage in colleges for minorities by starting with investigation,and from two perspectives expounds how to deal with the dilemma of collecting tuition fees for the colleges and paying the tuition arrearage for the impoverished students.(1)Colleges for nationalities should broaden the channel of outlay as to ease the burden of tuition shortage,thus to save and divert funds to help those students impoverished;(2)Colleges for nationalities should do well in rewarding, loaning,remitting ,reducing,subsidizing,supporting to the impoverished students and try to provide them part-time jobs. At last,the author demonstrates 'the five implementations' about how to establish the 'grant-aided project' in colleges for nationalities.
