摘要
面对日趋激烈的国内外竞争,中国金融业必须加快金融创新人才的培养,以适应金融改革发展的步伐。而高校作为培养大学生综合素质和发挥其个人才能的育人机构,应该强化创新意识,拓宽专业口径,培养高素质的复合型金融人才,使其能有效地为我国金融业发展服务。
In the increasing competition,China must speed up training financial human talents for China's financial reform.Universities and colleges,the center of developing the students' comprehensive quality and ability,should strengthen the creative consciousness and train excellent financial human talents.
