摘要
面对当今社会就业压力,大学毕业生应具备过硬的思想道德素质、合理的知识素质、健康的生理及体能素质以及良好的心理素质。具备上述素质,大学毕业生才能适应万变的社会需要,从而使自己立于不败之地。
This paper deals with what qualities modern university students should have.The author thinks that the university students should have strong morality,rational knowledge structure,various ability,physical health and good psycholigical quality.Only so can they meet the need of modern society which is very changeable.
